Privacy Policy

1. Who is responsible for your data

Sunvigation, operated by Sun Lee in Seoul, South Korea, is responsible for the personal information described here. For any privacy question or request, contact sun@sunvigation.com.

2. What we collect

• Contact details — your name and email address.
• Birth details — your birth date, birth time (if you provide it), and birth place. For relationship or compatibility readings, the same details for the other person, which you confirm you are allowed to share.
• Feng shui photos — the images of your space you upload for a consultation.
• Order information — what you bought, your order number, and delivery status.
• Newsletter — your email address, if you subscribe.
• Basic usage data — anonymous, aggregated analytics about how the site is used.

Your payment details are handled entirely by Lemon Squeezy. We never receive or store your full card number.

3. How we use it

• To calculate your chart and write and deliver your reading.
• To process your order, manage subscriptions, and send receipts.
• To email you your reading, order updates, and — if you subscribed — your daily Monthly Fortune notifications.
• To respond to your questions and provide support.
• To keep the site secure and working, and to improve it.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use your birth details or photos for advertising.

4. A note on automated drafting

To prepare a reading, your birth details may be processed by an automated system (Anthropic's Claude) to generate an internal analytical brief — a working draft that Sun reviews. The interpretation you receive is written by Sun. This processing happens only to produce your reading; your details are not used to train third-party AI models.

5. Service providers we share data with

We use a small number of trusted providers to run the service. They process your information only on our instructions:

• Lemon Squeezy — payments and order processing (Merchant of Record).
• Anthropic — automated drafting of the internal chart brief, as described above.
• Resend — sending your emails and PDFs.
• Supabase — secure database and storage for your order details, readings, and uploaded photos.
• Vercel — website hosting and anonymous usage analytics.

We may also disclose information if required by law. Some of these providers operate outside South Korea, so your information may be transferred and stored in other countries; we take care to use providers that protect it appropriately.

6. How long we keep it

We keep your order details and readings for as long as needed to provide the service, handle support, and meet legal or accounting obligations. Feng shui photos are kept only as long as needed to complete and support your consultation. You can ask us to delete your information at any time (see below), subject to records we're required to retain.

7. Cookies and analytics

We use a small amount of analytics (via Vercel) to understand how the site is used in aggregate. We do not use advertising trackers.

8. Your rights

You can ask us to access, correct, or delete your personal information, or to stop using it for a particular purpose. To unsubscribe from the newsletter, use the link in any newsletter email. For anything else, email sun@sunvigation.com and we'll respond promptly. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under your local law.

9. Children

This service is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. We'll change the “last updated” date above when we do.
