Terms of Service

1. Who we are

Sunvigation (“Sunvigation,” “we,” “us,” or “I”) is a personal reading service operated by Sun Lee, based in Gimcheon, South Korea. We offer Korean saju (Four Pillars) readings and feng shui consultations. This website at sunvigation.com describes that work; orders themselves are placed through our shop on Etsy. You can reach us any time at sun@sunvigation.com.

By placing an order or using this site, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not purchase. You must be at least 18 years old to buy a reading.

2. What we offer

Our services are digital and personalized:

• Saju readings — a free instant chart (automated summary) on this site, plus personal readings sold through our Etsy shop and delivered as a PDF.
• Feng shui workbooks— instant-download PDF guides: Home Self-Audit Workbook, Color & Direction by Birth Year, and Reference Compendium. These are not on sale yet; you can join the waitlist for them.
• Feng shui consultations — Single Space, Full Space, and Premium Site, based on photos you provide. These are not open for booking at the moment; you can join the waitlist instead.
• Monthly fortune — a free monthly email. Run your free chart and leave your email to receive it. See section 7.

Full descriptions are shown on the Saju and Feng Shui pages. Prices are shown on the Etsy listing for each product, which is the authoritative figure at the time you order, and are in US dollars (USD).

3. Orders and payment

Readings and workbooks are sold through the Sunvigation shop on Etsy. Etsy processes the payment, issues the order record, and handles any applicable sales tax or VAT, so your purchase is subject to Etsy's own terms in addition to ours. We never see or store your card details. This website does not take payments directly.

Your order is confirmed once Etsy confirms payment. We may decline or cancel an order — for example, if we cannot reasonably produce the reading you requested — and will refund you in full if we do.

4. What you provide

To produce a reading we need accurate information from you: your birth date, birth time (if known), and birth place for saju, and one or more photos of your space for feng shui. You are responsible for the accuracy of what you submit. A reading is only as precise as the details it is based on, and we cannot redo or refund a reading because the birth details you gave were incorrect.

For photos you upload, you confirm that you have the right to share them and that they do not contain anyone else's private information without their consent.

5. Delivery

Once you submit your birth details, paid readings are delivered as a PDF through Etsy, within the timeframe stated on the listing you ordered from. The free chart on this site is generated automatically the moment you submit your details. If a delivery is going to take longer than stated, we will let you know.

6. The nature of our readings

Saju and feng shui readings are offered for personal insight, reflection, and cultural interest. They are not a substitute for professional medical, psychological, legal, or financial advice, and they are not a prediction of guaranteed outcomes. We do not tell you when you will marry, how long you will live, or what decisions to make. What you do with a reading is entirely your own choice and responsibility.

7. The monthly fortune email

The monthly fortune is a free email. You opt in by running your free chart and leaving your email; it costs nothing and creates no obligation on either side. Every email includes a one-click unsubscribe. There is no paid subscription at this time; if one is introduced, its terms will be published here before any billing begins.

8. Refunds

Because our products are digital and personalized, refunds are governed by our Refund Policy, which forms part of these terms.

9. Intellectual property

The reading we deliver is for your personal, non-commercial use. We retain copyright in the text, format, and materials we produce. You may keep and share your own reading, but you may not resell it or present our work as your own. Everything else on this site — text, branding, and design — belongs to Sunvigation.

10. Acceptable use

Please don't use this site to break the law, infringe others' rights, attempt to disrupt or gain unauthorized access to our systems, or submit content you have no right to share. We may suspend or refuse service for misuse.

11. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for it. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for decisions you make based on a reading.

12. Privacy

How we handle your personal information is described in our Privacy Policy.

13. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version in effect when you place an order is the one that applies to that order. We'll update the “last updated” date above when we make changes.

14. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Nothing here removes consumer rights you may have under the laws of your own country.
