Refund Policy

The short version

If we haven't started writing your reading yet, you get a full refund — no questions asked. Once a reading has been delivered we generally can't refund it, because it's a personalized digital product. But if something is genuinely wrong with what you received, write to me. I'd much rather make it right than leave you unhappy.

One-time readings (Saju Pro & Premium, Feng Shui Single, Full, Premium)

• Before I start writing: full refund on request.
• After delivery: these are personalized digital products, so they are generally non-refundable once delivered.
• If something's wrong:if the reading was based on a mistake on our side (for example, the wrong chart) or has a genuine quality problem, I'll correct it or refund it. Just tell me what happened.

$1 entry products (Basic Snapshot & Feng Shui Quick Read)

The Basic Snapshot is generated automatically the moment you submit your birth details, and the Feng Shui Quick Read is a fast personal reply. Because they're delivered right away, they are non-refundable once generated or sent. If a technical problem stopped you from receiving yours, contact me and I'll sort it out.

Monthly Fortune subscription

• You can cancel any time. Your access continues until the end of the period you've already paid for, and you won't be billed again.
• We don't provide partial refunds for the current billing period, but if you were charged by mistake or never used a renewal, write to me and I'll review it.

How to request a refund

Email sun@sunvigation.com with your order number (it's in your confirmation email) and a short note on what happened. I read every message myself and aim to reply within 48 hours.

How refunds are processed

Payments are handled by Lemon Squeezy as our Merchant of Record, so approved refunds are issued through Lemon Squeezy back to your original payment method. It usually takes a few business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or card provider. As the merchant of record, Lemon Squeezy may also assist with billing questions.

Your statutory rights

Nothing in this policy limits any consumer rights you have under the laws of your own country. This policy works alongside our Terms of Service.
